Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg kamen viele Italiener als Saisonier in die Schweiz, um Geld zu verdienen, das zum Teil auch in die Heimat geschickt wurde. Auch aus der Region Veneto arbeiteten und lebten viele unserer Verwandten in der Schweiz. Wer hier aber keine Wurzeln schlug, kehrte aber irgendwann zurück. .
